No. MyFinPal doesn't require bank logins or screen-scraping. It reads transaction SMS you already receive (with your permission) or lets you log entries manually. SMS text is analysed on your device and is not uploaded.
Not your financial records or figures, and not your SMS. They stay in encrypted storage on your device unless you turn on optional Google Drive backup (off by default). MyFinPal does use Google Firebase for limited account and technical data: your sign-in account, name, email and mobile, usage events, a notification token, and crash and performance reports.
