Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using MyFinPal. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by them.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and spxandroid ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of MyFinPal ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use MyFinPal for managing personal finances. The App is not directed at children under 13.
MyFinPal is a personal finance tracking and planning tool — it does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Net worth figures, calculator outputs (SIP, CAGR, EMI, retirement, FIRE, NPV, IRR, etc.), health scores and insights are illustrative estimates based on the data and assumptions you provide. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, borrow, or invest.
Always consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, chartered accountant, or qualified financial professional before making financial decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on figures shown in the App.
MyFinPal calculates net worth, budgets, and insights based entirely on the data you enter manually or that is detected from SMS you grant access to. We do not verify this data against your actual bank records. You are responsible for reviewing imported transactions and correcting any inaccuracies (e.g. mis-parsed amounts, duplicate entries, or misclassified categories).
MyFinPal offers a free Basic tier and an optional paid Elite tier with additional AI-assisted features. Where in-app purchases or subscriptions are offered, billing is handled by the Google Play Store and governed by Google Play's terms. Prices, features and tier boundaries may change with reasonable notice; existing active subscriptions will not be downgraded mid-cycle without notice.
Certain features (SMS auto-import, camera for receipts, contacts for group splits, biometric unlock) require you to grant Android permissions. These are always optional and can be revoked at any time through your device settings, though doing so may disable the related feature. See our Privacy Policy for how each permission is used.

The App, including its design, logo, source code, and content, is the property of spxandroid and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your financial data always remains yours — we claim no ownership over the data you enter or import.
MyFinPal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Optional cloud-dependent features (backup, sync) may be unavailable during maintenance or outages of third-party services such as Firebase or Google Drive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, spxandroid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial loss, missed payments, or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes losses arising from mis-parsed SMS transactions, calculator estimates, or reliance on any figure displayed in the App.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account, which permanently removes your locally stored data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
